monthly online training package

The Online Training Model gives the athlete flexibility to train on their own time while still receiving personalized coaching on a weekly basis. This is ideal for the athlete with a demanding schedule or for those who aren’t local to Southern California. After an in-depth intake call, the program will be customized to the athlete’s specific needs and sent at the beginning of each month. The program will consist of multiple training sessions per week depending on the athlete’s needs. This training model includes one video call each month, direct messaging with Daniel, and programs delivered through the innovative FYTT app. Discounts are available for parents of two or more participating athletes.

monthly in-person training package

The In-Person Training model is available for motivated athletes looking to maximize their growth by receiving individualized training by Daniel and benefiting from immediate coaching feedback. In-Person training is available for groups of three to ten athletes, semi-private groups of two, and private one-on-one sessions. Each session is 50 minutes and will be designed to meet the position-specific needs of each athlete. Packages range from one to three In-Person sessions per week. Guzman Performance is based in South Orange County, CA and accommodates in-person training for athletes from Los Angeles to San Diego.
